将鸡蛋打入碗中，用筷子快速搅拌打散

再加入100克左右的牛奶（和鸡蛋的量大概就是1：1），和少许白糖，再搅拌一分钟左右

把蛋液表面的气泡瓢走

蒸锅烧开水，等盖子上有小水珠了放入，碗面在扣上一个碟子，避免水珠滴到蛋液里。
